INTERNATIONAL FIGHT LEAGUE PARTNERS WITH PALTALK FOR SCHEDULED LIVE SHOWS, VIDEO CHATS

Leader in Online Video Chat to Feature IFL Athletes, Coaches in Interactive Format

NEW YORK, December 13, 2007 – The International Fight League (OTC.BB: IFLI) and Paltalk™, the leading real-time, video-based online community, today announced a partnership designed to expose IFL content to a larger worldwide audience and to allow the millions of Paltalk members to get up close and personal with the league’s athletes and coaches.

Paltalk’s one-of-a-kind technology will allow viewers to communicate directly with many of the best mixed martial athletes in the world, as well as the show hosts and other viewers, in real-time using voice, video and text chat as the shows air, providing a first-of-its-kind interactive and participatory user experience. Paltalk’s pioneering brand of socialcasting combines elements of broadcasted video content, social networking and live interactive video communities to form the next evolution of visual entertainment.

“Connecting with Paltalk is an innovative way for us to allow fans access to our exciting brand of mixed martial arts through the dynamic personalities who compete in the IFL,” said IFL Senior VP, Live Events and Marketing Mark Selva. “They have great stories to tell, and it’s exciting to be associated with a company whose platform has attracted many of the biggest entertainment stars and media entities.”

“This partnership with the IFL puts millions of Paltalk members in touch with the growing sport of professional mixed martial arts in a very personal way,” said Joel Smernoff, Paltalk’s president and COO. “It’s another example of the compelling content available to the Paltalk community.”

The IFL debuted on Paltalk on Dec. 7 when charismatic welterweight star Rory Markham served as a guest. Heavyweight title contender Roy Nelson is scheduled to appear on Dec. 21 (8:30 p.m. EST), with others to be scheduled in the coming weeks.
